When faxing, please be sure to provide a list of everything you would like shipped as well as your name as it appears on your credit card, the billing address of the credit card, and a phone number where you can be reached in the event of questions. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please give the address where you wish the items shipped as well as the preferred method of shipping (U.S. Post, DHL, global priority.) Unless specified to the contrary, we will ship via DHL Ground.
